| The little rabbit has a fresh grass bundle. To that [grass bundle] it hops, there it picks food. And it [the grass bundle] cut its tongue. “Just a moment, I’ll hop to the fire.” To that fire it hopped, ehr. “Eat up this grass bundle!” “O... why[, what’s the matter]?” “It cut my tongue.” “It’ll come back to bite you from behind!” And one day that little fire there ignited and that grass bundle was burnt by the fire. In order to eat it hopped there, but nothing was there any more. What will it eat from now on? Here you are for having accused it! Such a short tale. |

| Das Häschen hat ein frisches Grasbündel. Zu jenem hüpft es hin, dort isst es ein wenig. Und es [das Grasbündel] schnitt seine Zunge. „Nur einen Moment, ich hüpfe zum Feuer.“ Zu jenem Feuer hüpfte es ähm. „Iss dieses Grasbündel auf!“ „O... weswegen?“ „Es hat meine Zunge geschnitten.“ „Du wirst dir ins eigene Fleisch schneiden!“ Und eines Tages entzündete sich dort jenes Feuerchen und jenes Grasbündel wurde vom Feuer verbrannt. Was wird es von nun an essen? Das hast du davon, es beschuldigt zu haben! Solch ein kurzes Märchen. |
